Stephen is well known as a leading practitioner in private equity and leverage finance. He has 25 years legal experience -including creating market leading finance businesses at three leading global firms. He helped found AIG Mezzvest where he was a managing director. He is chair and a co-founder of the European High Yield Association.

Now founder of his own firm he is an ex- partner in each of a leading global law firm, top ten City law firm and industry specialist law firm. He held management positions in each firm.
