Background

Jane is a junior banking and finance adviser.

From a legal and languages background, having worked in both London and Paris as a banking solicitor, Jane has experience on a wide range of financing deals including bond issues and restructuring, derivatives, CDO's and leveraged finance.

Legal practice

Jane trained as a solicitor at Denton Wilde Sapte and qualified into their international and structured finance department three years ago.

More recently Jane has worked at Lovells, Paris in the international finance department. Jane assisted on high value multi-jurisdictional deals including a US$500,000,000 Secured Eurobond Programme listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and a £29,800,000 private placement bond repackaging. She has also worked on more straightforward assignment of loans, bond issues, medium term note programmes and euro-commercial paper programme.

Derivatives experience includes interest rate swaps and equity forwards.
