Kate Huntington
Kate is a banking and finance lawyer and has experience on a wide range of banking and finance deals including leveraged finance, securitisation, real estate finance and emerging markets.
Kate trained in Jersey with Ogier & Le Masurier before working as a solicitor at international law firms Denton Wilde Sapte and Simmons & Simmons in their banking departments. She has also spent time in-house working with Bayerische Landesbank alongside the leveraged finance, real estate and securitization teams and with ABN AMRO Bank N.V. supporting the emerging markets department.
Kate has assisted on a wide range of high level multi-jurisdictional deals and her experience includes trade finance, working with ISDA documentation, social housing finance and unsecured lending transactions.
